Vinz Schwarzbauer is an artist and illustrator based in Vienna. After having started drawing more than 20 years ago, he worked as a factory worker, graphic designer, illustrator, enthusiastic self-publisher of small comics and zines and studied fine arts at at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna and the HFBK Hamburg. Since 2010 he is a co-editor of Franz the lonely Austrionaut, a magazine about narrative drawing. He also is a member of the table tennis club Herta & Hüne.
